Bethesda Health & Housing offers a broad continuum of care for primarily older adults and serves Willmar and areas surrounding Kandiyohi County in west central Minnesota. Services provided include nursing home care at Heritage Center and Pleasant View; Adult Day Services; Home Health; Sunrise Village Independent and Assisted Living; and Centennial Square, income-based housing (independent). We also provide Park View Assisted Living in Olivia (Renville County).
