Secured grants for funding
of a playground for a class of Head Start children located at Pleasant
View Nursing Home. The program also provides opportunities for interaction
of nursing home residents and the children.

of telemedicine equipment to monitor individuals who receive Home Health
services using the latest technological advances.

to assist Day Camps at Heritage Center Nursing Home providing opportunities
for interaction of nursing home residents and children.
Employee Educational Scholarships/Loans
The
Bethesda Foundation provides funding to assist employees who further
their education in the health care field. Scholarships are also awarded
to graduating high school seniors who are Bethesda employees.
