Heritage Center is a 128-bed nursing home which offers single and double rooms, each with a private bathroom. Heritage Center features two specialized units--Transition on First which provides short-term rehabilitation, and Garden View which provides care for persons with memory loss diseases. The facility is newly decorated to provide a more home-like atmosphere.
